1:1 Support

Education advocacy and school support

Two people sitting on a graffiti-covered wall, showing their legs and shoes. One person wears black sneakers and black pants, while the other wears light gray high-top sneakers and ripped blue jeans.

Sometimes you just need one clear conversation. Other times you need someone alongside you for a bit longer. These packages are designed to meet you where you are.

All 1:1 support starts with a free connection call so we can make sure we're a good fit and find the option that makes the most sense for your situation.

Prices from $195.

Clarity

For the mother who has something specific she needs to think through before her next conversation with school.

Maybe there's a meeting coming up and you're not sure what to say. Maybe you've received a report and can't make sense of it. Maybe something happened and you need to talk it through with someone who understands the system before you respond. This session gives you a clear head and a clear plan.

Includes:

  • One 60-minute call via Zoom or phone, focused on your specific situation so you leave knowing where you stand and what to do next

  • A written summary sent afterwards capturing key points, relevant resources, and the next steps we identified together

One session with Emily helped us understand what was missing, what support our child was entitled to, and how to advocate confidently.
— AH, Mother of 2, NSW

Clarity and Support

Support across a specific period where you need guidance, not just one conversation.

You're in the middle of something. Navigating meetings, waiting on assessments, or trying to work out what to push for and how. You need someone who can help you think clearly and stay steady across a period of time, not just in a single session. This is where we move beyond one conversation and into supported action.

Includes:

  • One 90-minute call via Zoom, giving us time to go deeper into your situation and build a clear plan together

  • A written summary sent afterwards capturing key insights, next steps, and language to help you communicate more confidently with school

  • Four weeks of email support (responses within two business days) so you have somewhere to turn when things come up between sessions

  • Relevant templates and resources throughout your support period, tailored to what you're actually navigating

Before working with Emily, we weren’t sure how to navigate the school system or advocate effectively for our child. With her support, we gained clarity, understood what to ask for, and felt far more confident in conversations with the school. Looking back, we only wish we’d sought this support sooner.
— RC, Mother of 2, QLD

Sustained, Strategic Support

For more complex or ongoing situations where consistent support makes the difference.

Your school situation isn't straightforward and it isn't going away quickly. You need consistent, calm support from someone who knows the system and can help you stay strategic across a whole term or longer. This is consistent, calm support so you never have to figure it out alone.

Includes:

  • Three calls across 12 weeks, spaced to support you through each stage rather than leaving you to manage long stretches alone

  • A written summary after every session so you always have a clear record of where things are and what comes next

  • 12 weeks of email support with responses within two business days, giving you consistent access to informed guidance as your situation evolves

  • Priority guidance around key decisions and meetings so when something important comes up, you're not left piecing it together alone

  • Access to all relevant templates and resources throughout, including tools to help you prepare for meetings, respond to school communications, and understand your child's plans and reports

Having Emily’s ongoing support throughout this journey has been invaluable. The combination of coaching sessions and email support meant I always had someone to turn to when questions or challenges arose. Her guidance helped me stay focused on what my child needed, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and continue advocating even when things felt hard. Knowing I wasn’t doing this alone gave me the confidence to keep going and helped me achieve better outcomes for my child.
