Clear, Calm and Confident Group Program
You know your child better than anyone in that room.
It's time to feel like it.
A four-week virtual small group program for mothers navigating school for a child with additional needs. Four Thursday evenings starting 14 May at 7:30pm AEST, covering how the system works, how to communicate effectively with schools, and how to advocate with clarity and calm. A real understanding of the school system, your rights, and your child's entitlements
Practical tools for every meeting: before, during, and after

Questions before you begin?
Hi, I'm Emily.
I'm a qualified primary school teacher with nearly 20 years in Australian and international schools, including learning support roles.
I built this program because I kept meeting mothers who were working so hard for their children and getting so little back from the system. And not because they weren't trying, but because no one had ever shown them how it worked.
That's what this is. Not therapy. Not venting. Practical, grounded support from someone who's been on both sides of the table.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is the first time I'm running Clear, Calm and Confident as a live program, and I'm inviting a small group of founding members to be part of it at a significantly reduced price. As a founding member you get the full program experience, and in return your feedback helps shape how the program grows. Once this cohort is complete, the program will be priced higher.
-
Places are limited to 6-8 participants. This is intentional. The small group size means you'll get real support and genuine connection, not just a seat in a virtual room.
-
Every session is recorded and the replay will be sent to you shortly afterwards. Life happens, and missing a session occasionally won't mean missing out. That said, the live sessions are where a lot of the value is, so showing up when you can makes a real difference.
-
Just a device with Zoom and a reasonably quiet hour on Thursday evenings. The workbook is included and will be sent to you before the program starts.
-
If your child is self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, you may be able to use your funding to cover the cost of this program under Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building supports. I'd recommend checking with your plan manager or support coordinator to confirm what's appropriate for your child's plan. I'm happy to provide an invoice with the relevant details to support your claim.
-
Only ever what you're comfortable sharing. There's no pressure to disclose anything specific. Many of the conversations will be general enough that you can take what's useful and apply it to your own situation privately.
-
The program covers the school system broadly, so the foundations apply regardless of your child's diagnosis or needs. If you have a very specific situation you'd like support with personally, a 1:1 Anchored Advocacy session might also be worth exploring alongside the program.
-
Yes, often especially so. Having some support in place doesn't mean the system is working as well as it could. Many mothers in this situation find they need clearer language, better questions, and more confidence to make the support that exists actually happen consistently.
-
Places are limited so I'd encourage you to register as soon as you're ready. Once the group is full, registrations will close and remaining interest will be added to the waitlist for the next cohort.
-
You're welcome to book a free Connection Call and we can talk it through together. There's no pressure, just a conversation to help you work out if this is the right fit.
